Osko & Bank Transfer Details
Osko / PayID (Instant Transfer): Osko is Australia’s real-time payment system. If your bank supports PayID, you can pay using our unique PayID email address. Funds clear within seconds (24/7), and your order will be confirmed immediately.
Standard Direct Bank Transfer: You can also transfer funds directly to our business bank account. Please use your order number as the reference. Bank transfers typically take 1–2 business days to clear. We will dispatch your parts once the funds appear in our account.
Important: For Osko payments, ensure you use the PayID exactly as shown. For standard transfers, screenshot your payment confirmation and email it to info@commodorewreckersgoldcoast.com.au.au for faster order verification.
Secure Payments & Fraud Prevention
All online transactions are protected by 256-bit SSL encryption. We use PCI‑DSS compliant payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip). We do not store your full credit card number. For your security, we may contact you to verify large orders or unusual activity.
Payment Surcharges
- PayPal, Afterpay, Zip, Osko, Bank Transfer, Debit cards: No surcharge
Any surcharge will be clearly displayed at checkout before you confirm your payment.
Failed / Delayed Payments
If your payment fails (e.g., insufficient funds, bank decline), you will receive an error message. Please try again or contact your bank. For direct bank transfers, we will hold your order for 48 hours. If funds do not arrive within that time, the order will be cancelled, and the parts will be released back to stock.
Refunds & Payment Reversals
If you are entitled to a refund under our warranty or return policy, we will issue the refund using the original payment method (e.g., credit card refunds go back to the same card). For bank transfers or Osko payments, we will request your bank account details. Please allow 3–7 business days for refunds to appear.
Currency & Pricing
All prices on our website are in Australian Dollars (AUD) and include GST (Goods and Services Tax) unless stated otherwise. International customers are responsible for any conversion fees charged by their bank or payment provider.
