1. Do you ship Commodore parts across Australia?
Yes, we ship to every state and territory in Australia, including rural and remote areas. Most metro orders arrive within 2–5 business days.
2. Are your parts genuine Holden or aftermarket?
We primarily stock genuine OEM Holden parts, plus high-quality aftermarket where genuine is no longer available. Each listing clearly states the origin.
3. Can I pick up parts in person from Gold Coast?
Absolutely. Our yard is open Monday–Friday, 8am–4pm. You can inspect any part before purchase. Call ahead to confirm availability.
4. What models do you cover?
We cover all Holden Commodore models from VB, VC, VH, VK, VL, VN, VP, VR, VS, VT, VX, VY, VZ, VE, and VF, including HSV variants.
5. Do you offer a warranty on used parts?
Yes. All used parts come with a standard 6-month warranty. Engines and gearboxes have a 12-month warranty option.
6. How do I know if a part fits my Commodore?
Use our online fitment guide or contact our team with your VIN. We’ll verify compatibility before you buy.
7. What is your return policy?
30-day easy returns. If the part doesn’t fit or you changed your mind, return it for a refund or exchange (buyer pays return shipping unless faulty).
8. Do you sell engines and gearboxes separately?
Yes, we have 200+ engines and 150+ gearboxes in stock. All are compression tested (engines) and shift/pressure tested (transmissions).
9. Can you source a rare part not listed on your site?
Absolutely. Use our “Request a Part” form. Our network across Australia can find almost any Commodore component.
10. Do you offer a price match guarantee?
Yes. If you find the identical genuine part cheaper at another Australian wrecker, we’ll beat that price by 5%.
11. How are your parts graded?
We use A (excellent), B (good), and C (fair) grades. A grade parts are like new, low km, no damage. Photos show actual condition.
12. Do you sell new old stock (NOS) Commodore parts?
Yes, we have a growing collection of NOS genuine Holden parts, especially trim, badges, and electrical components.
13. Is same-day dispatch guaranteed?
Orders placed before 2pm AEST (Monday–Friday) are dispatched the same day. Weekend orders ship Monday.
14. Do you accept PayPal or Afterpay?
We accept credit cards, PayPal, Afterpay, Zip Pay, and bank transfer. Secure payment gateway.
15. Can I return an electrical part if it doesn’t work?
Yes. All ECUs, BCMs, sensors, and alternators are tested before shipping. If faulty on arrival, we replace or refund immediately.
16. Do you buy used Commodores for wrecking?
Yes. We purchase complete vehicles (any condition, registered or not) and quality used parts. Contact us for an obligation-free quote.
17. How do I check if a part is in stock?
Our online inventory updates in real time. If listed, it’s physically in our warehouse. You can also call or chat with our team.
18. Do you offer installation services?
We don’t offer installation, but we can recommend trusted mechanics on the Gold Coast who specialise in Commodores.
19. What happens if I receive the wrong part?
Mistakes are rare, but if we send the wrong part, we’ll arrange return pickup and send the correct one at no extra cost.
20. Do you sell Commodore body panels (doors, bonnets, bumpers)?
Yes, we stock hundreds of body panels in various colours. All are checked for rust, dents, and prior repairs.
21. Are your engines tested before sale?
Every engine undergoes cold compression test, oil pressure check, and borescope inspection. Low-km engines are dyno-tested.
22. Do you ship to a freight forwarder or PO box?
We can ship to freight forwarders, but not to PO boxes (physical address required for courier). Contact us for special arrangements.
23. Can I get a refund if the part doesn’t fit?
Yes, within 30 days. Please check compatibility before ordering – our team is happy to assist.
24. Do you offer discounts for bulk or mechanic purchases?
Yes. Mechanics, workshops, and regular buyers can apply for a trade account with discounted pricing. Contact us for details.

Yes, we stock T5, Getrag, TREMEC manuals, and 4L60E, 6L80, 6L90 automatics. All are tested and come with a warranty.
30. What payment methods do you accept?

31. Do you sell Commodore diff centres and axles?

32. Can I return a part that I installed and didn’t like?
If the part is functionally correct and not faulty, we accept returns within 30 days as long as it’s unused and in original condition.
33. Do you have a physical showroom?
Yes, our Gold Coast facility has a customer area where you can browse smaller parts and discuss needs with our team.
34. How do I track my order?
Once dispatched, you’ll receive an email with tracking number and courier details. You can also log into your account.
35. Do you offer express shipping?
Yes, select express courier at checkout for next-business-day delivery to most metro areas.
36. Are your parts covered by consumer guarantees?
Yes. We fully comply with Australian Consumer Law. All parts come with guarantees that cannot be excluded.

Yes, we have a wide range of interiors – seats, door trims, dash clusters, centre consoles, and carpets for all models.
38. Can I arrange my own courier pickup?
